Each search process is tailored to the unique aspects of the assignment such as the candidate profile, the speed required and the (un)transparency of the targeted group of candidates.
Every assignment starts with a detailed briefing to ensure that all parties involved have a complete understanding of the required experience and attributes for the position. Elements like company culture, industry specific experience and competitive environment are included.
The basis of the search process is to listen to our clients requirements. They determine how we work with them.
