The eCommerce department is focused on optimizing direct sales activities, supporting online brand building initiatives, and building intensive dialogues with our customers.

 Your responsibilities will include and not be limited to:
- Maintain the services offering to ensure ongoing sales
- Manage and setup smart customer life cycles to increase the relevance and growth the category
- Boost the services sales by initiating and managing online campaigns
- Analyze and forecast sales per campaign, product, country and channel
- Initiate improvements to optimize the sales funnel
- Know the competitive landscape and develop new business
- Work together with the online marketing manager to get to the most efficient usage of online advertising

 The ideal candidate has a background in the online sales of services, like internet subscriptions, digital television, etc. He/she is used to work with customer life cycles and has strong analytical skills. The candidate will further have a strong hands-on-mentality and a clear focus on getting things done.
- Education: bachelor or academic level like Business Administration
- Online commercial experience must be at least 5 years
- Used to work in an international environment
- Understand the technical complexity of the online world
- Innovative, creative; thinking in solutions
- Pro active, self starter
- Fluently in English
