Judith Lemmers

Judith brings more than 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry to Hamilton Hill. After her first position at ING she joined a major player in the global recruitment industry in 1990. She was among the first employees in the Netherlands and held positions ranging from Consultant to Manager of the Dutch ICT practice. Judith co-founded Hamilton Hill in 2000. She is a MBA graduate and completing many search assignments in the ICT, multi media and consultancy sector. She also supports a Nasdaq listed software company as Human Resources Manager.
Cathelijne Verhees

Following her graduation from Leiden University Cathelijne started her career with a large professional services company managing projects for HP and KLM. After this she worked in London with a British consultancy specializing in IT contracting. Cathelijne was involved in this company for nearly 10 years in a variety of roles including Country Manager Germany and The Netherlands. Consequently Cathelijne joined Accenture as a Business Unit manager IT professionals. Since 2006 Cathelijne has been working at Hamilton Hill.
Mark Baarsma

Mark started his career with Philips International, where he held a number of international marketing & sales positions. After finalizing his MBA at the Business School of the University of Cape Town in 1995, he joined a global recruitment company where he became responsible for the Dutch marketing & sales practice. In 2000 he co-founded Hamilton Hill.
